Bricks Kitchen and Pub Reviews

Food 4/5 - My favorite two appetizers were the cheese curds and shrimp n' grits, definitely recommend both. Service / Ambiance 4/5 - Service was helpful and quick. The restaurant was well maintained and clean.

Great service. Excellent martini. Really good bar food. The wild rice soup is excellent. Price is reasonable.

Great Food, Great guest service, The food was good the only down side is the price for it. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay, Recommend

Food was great! Those Brussel Sprouts and Loaded Mashed potatoes were on point!!! Tuna was beautiful! Service was wonderful.

Delicious food again last night at Bricks. Our server was very attentive. Beer was cold and food nummy! I think their prices are a smidge high but it doesn't keep me from coming back for more. The salmon was $27.99 and a little smaller than the size I pay $20.99 for at a competitor diner. The sides are enormous actually enough to share with 3 people. Their cheesy grits are fabulous too, so light and creamy and seasoned to perfection. My girlfriend also ordered the salmon and she mentioned it was too salty for her so she scraped a lot of the topping off of hers. Their chips and cheese presented well and had just the right bite to it. Don't get me wrong, I love this place. I am just sharing my good and so so feelings in the post. Very warm atmosphere as well, not too busy for a Thursday night during happy hour.

What a shame to see such low reviews! I had stayed away from this restaurant for awhile due to the lower reviews but decided to check it out today because they have a beautiful outdoor patio area. The vibe check here is great! The inside and outside are decorated beautifully and have an upscale feel to them! There is rich dark wood throughout the space and some fireplaces as well! The patio area has roughly 10-15 tables, a large fireplace and a separate area with cushioned seating over looking a small pond. The service here was very friendly and prompt. Truly my only complaint is that I ordered an appetizer and it came out the same time as my meal. Now to the most important part: THE FOOD! I started with the Cherry picker Collin's. Very refreshing and not overly "alcohol" tasting! Very nice! I ordered the bourbon shrimp. This was $22 for a starter... definitely steep for an appetizer! I will say it is a extremely tasty! You get 6 shrimp that were seasoned very well! The grits were a perfect consistency and cheesy! For my entree I got the ranch house chicken sandwich! It was crunchy and the smoky ranch was a spectacular touch! I opted to sub out my fries and get the green beans! These are some of the best green beans I've ever had! The glaze, peanuts and green beans had so many flavors and textures that all just worked! Highly recommend!! I would absolutely tell people to come and check this place out! Let's push these guys into the 4-5 star category where they belong!

I wanted breakfast food on a Sunday morning before a game. Brick's Kitchen and Pub was on our way. Service was good and friendly. We weren't rushed to make a decision. She came back and checked on us after we got our food. Our food was good. We especially liked the blackberry jam/sauce we got with the cheese curds. It had a perfect amount of spice. We wouldn't have minded having a little more it was so good. We had the eggs Benedict and a breakfast platter. The potatoes were especially noteworthy because they were crisp. The bacon was nice and crispy. The English muffin was thick. My husband said his Eggs Benedict was good. My scrambled eggs were bland and I could have gotten salt and pepper I'm sure I just didn't make the effort. It was a nice clean place with a classy look.
